Bring Money Back to India

What can be done to bring more money to India?

I guess this can be done by the Supreme Court.

Any Politician and his/her relatives can not have any bank account outside India for rest of their lives. If they have, it should be closed immediately.

They can only have their bank accounts with Indian Banks.

If it is revealed that they have account with a non Indian bank, they have to resign immediately.
